the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the affordable prices for such a comfortable room with a great view close to the forest. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the surrounding region. Lastly, the breakfast provided a fantastic variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Everything was up to par.

The room was spacious and well appointed. Well provided with sockets and incidental lighting. Good access to balcony of reasonable size - Geraniums a nice touch. Comfortable beds etc. The Hotel is near enough to the town to offer interest and Sonthoffen has a pleasant pedestrian zone and a fabulous Italian ice cream café and local brewery stube. Try them!

The weather, sauna facilities and breakfast was good

Amazed that it was not possible to eat in the restaurant due to over subscription. As we are paying guests as much as the others, it is a requirement that a restaurant can accommodate it's guests. Also it was not made clear that there was food supplied in the bar were we had to eat. The location made it too far to walk into town, maybe a bus service could be useful.Our was room satisfactory however disappointed with its position and lack of view.

The location is beautiful and some of the rooms that face the mountain lovely.

The beds are too soft. Need little harder martress and could not get one even though I requested for it.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The food was good and the staff was helpful with directions around town. the location was great for accessing the ski slopes and nearby Christmas markets. the Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful and added to the festive atmosphere.

The room was outdated with uncomfortable beds and a small bathroom. the heating system was noisy and made it difficult to sleep at night.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled right by a stunning forest! Wake up to the sounds of nature and take a relaxing walk on one of the nearby trails. the rooms are wonderfully spacious with comfortable amenities including a clean bathroom and a well-stocked minibar. the staff is incredibly hospitable and ready to accommodate any requests. In the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. This hotel truly exceeds all expectations with its wonderful views and superb service.

The only downside - a minor detail – is that there were not enough towels in the room.

The hotel is ideally located near the business district, and this made it a convenient place to stay for my business trip. The staff was polite, helpful, and attentive, making my stay even better. They went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed and even gave me tips about the local area. The breakfast was also good, with a range of nutritious options available. I enjoyed the excellent service and the favorable location of the hotel.

The room was a bit dated and could have been more modern. The bathroom was also small and could have been more comfortable.
